El hialuronato de sodio es la forma estable y de absorción oral del ácido hialurónico. El ácido hialurónico desempeña un papel importante en numerosas funciones fisiológicas: protección y lubricación celular, integridad estructural de los tejidos, transporte de células y moléculas, migración celular, función y diferenciación celular, retención y regulación de líquidos.
SSN HA 150 es:
El ácido hialurónico es un componente importante de la matriz intercelular. En las articulaciones, se encuentra en el líquido sinovial. El líquido sinovial transporta nutrientes al cartílago articular, funciona como lubricante (facilitando el movimiento de un hueso sobre otro) y absorbe los impactos de actividades de alto impacto. La función del ácido hialurónico en el líquido sinovial es aumentar sus propiedades viscoelásticas (viscosidad).
SSN HA 150 contiene 300 mg de ácido hialurónico por cada 30 ml, envasado en sachets de 15 ml (150 mg de ácido hialurónico cada uno), ideal para administrar por vía oral durante o después de las comidas, dos veces al día durante la fase inicial. Una vez obtenidos los resultados o después de aproximadamente dos semanas, reduzca la dosis a un sachet al día y luego cambie SSN HA 75 para el mantenimiento.
¿Cómo ayuda el Ácido Hialurónico?
Especialmente útil después de una cirugía. El efecto positivo del ácido hialurónico puede atribuirse a su actividad antiinflamatoria, al aumento de la proliferación celular y a la deposición de colágeno, además de su acción lubricante sobre la superficie de deslizamiento del tendón.
El hialuronano (HA) es un glicosaminoglicano ubicuo de la matriz extracelular. Está presente en el glucocálix endotelial que recubre la superficie apical de las células endoteliales. El glucocálix endotelial regula la permeabilidad de los vasos sanguíneos y la homeostasis. El HA desempeña un papel central en numerosas funciones de la capa superficial endotelial, protegiendo las células endoteliales, regulando la permeabilidad de la barrera y garantizando la mecanosensibilidad, que es esencial para la producción de óxido nítrico y la vasodilatación inducida por el flujo.
Los caballos sometidos a condiciones de ejercicio intenso presentan una presión arterial mucho más alta (ligeramente inferior a diez veces la de un caballo en reposo).
